ARE WALTERI WATCHES COVERED BY A WARRANTY?

Yes, all Walteri watches are covered by a 12 months International Warranty.

All our products have been manufactured and tested to meet the Walteri standard of quality.

The warranty is valid from the purchase date (valid receipt to be provided) against all manufacturing defects excluding band, glass, battery and damages caused by improper use or unauthorized third parties.

 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER? 

Walteri offers free express shipping worldwide all-inclusive with DHL for watches and watch sets.

Packages will arrive to your door via DHL.

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

Strap(s), when purchased at the same time (same order number) as a watch, also benefit from free express shipping worldwide.

Strap(s), when purchased alone, are submitted to 25 $ (US) delivery costs.

Delivery time is 2-5 working days to most countries.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP? 

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receiving full payment.

In the rare event of a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Walteri ships globally. Please see above for information on shipping costs and times.

However, www.walteri.net will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE? 

We will happily exchange or refund items purchased from our online store, providing the item is unworn and still in its original condition and packaging with labels attached.

Walteri products are designed in our headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

  

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

All Walteri watches will arrive beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.

If you require us to include a completed gift card, please request this when checking out.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We carefully check all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@majesting.com immediately so we can promptly address the issue. All issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.

Please note that our items are delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty.
