RETURN & EXCHANGE
CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Walteri offers free returns and exchanges for watches purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery.
Strap(s) alone do not benefit from free returns and should be send back at your own cost.
If you would like to return or exchange your product, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com within seven (7) days from the date you received your order.
Complete this Returns Form (download it here) and enclose it with the item(s) you are sending back.
Include your Order Number: you can find it in your confirmation email or access your Walteri account and find it there.
Walteri will arrange for your product to be picked up by one of our shipping partners.
You have up to fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order until the date it arrives with us, for your order to be valid for return.
Returns must be sent back in perfect original sale condition and unworn. Tags must not be broken or damaged. Items must be returned with their original packaging.
Please ensure you clearly state how you wish us to handle your return – whether that be a refund, a credit note or an exchange. Sales and personalized items cannot be returned.
Walteri will send you an email to let you know when your return arrives and is being processed.
Refunds will be done through the Original Mode of Payment.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as we have received your item in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and other materials. Items returned that are not deemed by us to meet these criteria may be sent back to the customer.
All additional fees (including duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges levied by your country) are non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We carefully check all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can promptly address the issue.
Any issues must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
Please note that our items are delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered to be faulty.
